Yes. Although worldindia acts as a common carrier and does not inspect, rate, or censor the content of its customers' web sites, once it will be informed about the problematic content of the certain web sites (that are from the category described in paragraphs 3.b and 3.d. in our Terms and Conditions), worldindia's management reserves the right to put some restrictions or deny service.
The Terms & Conditions document must be read and agreed to before your account is created. Basically, don't abuse the system and don't break Indian,American or Canadian law ( depending on your server location) or your account will be immediately terminated.
